Hi, I’m Caitlin! I’m a lover of all things music, the beach, fur babies, and fantasy football. 

Life can be weird (and genuinely shitty). For those people who feel constantly stuck, overwhelmed, and burnt out, I see you. You are my people! I enjoy working with women determined to make more space for themselves in their own lives. 

Simply put, we can’t pour from an empty cup (although we sure try!).
