  • If you need a slot later in the day, please book with Allison, she has the most afternoon/evening flexibility!
  • Our other therapists have very limited afternoon/evening appointments available. We will work with your schedule as best we can, but unfortunately our after 3:00 slots are the first ones to go. If you have any questions or want to confirm long term availability, please email us! 

How to Book An Appointment

  1. Select ‘Request Appointment’
  2. Select your preferred therapist.  Don’t have a preference? Go ahead and book based on availability or contact us for a free consultation to determine your best fit.
  3. Choose in-office or tele-therapy, as well as individual or couples/family.
  4. Select our location (tele-therapy will be from your home/car/office/etc)!
  5. Choose a date and time that works best for your you. If you don’t see anything that works for you, contact us!
  6. Be on the lookout for a text and/or email when we have confirmed the appointment.
  7. Fill out our electronic paperwork and get ready for a great therapy appointment! We can’t wait to meet you!
