Crushing the Single’s Game VLOG Series: Part 1

Welcome back! This is part one of crushing the singles game.

Today I want to do an exploration of being single. I want you to find a safe place, that you can be by yourself. If you want to do this in a journal or just in your head that is a-okay. I want you to think about are you happy with your current relationship status? Are you happy being single? Do you want to be in a relationship? What does being single give you that a relationship couldn’t? And are there any reasons that you SHOULDN’T be single? Would being in a relationship make you happier or more successful?

Sit down and focus on where you are at in your single stage. Do you want something to change? W

Write all of your answers down. Give yourself at least 5-10 minutes to meditate on where you are at on your “single journey”.

because being single is NOT always easy.
