Today I am presenting a new VLOG series! YAY! This will be a six part series with one new video each day this week.
The topic: CRUSHING THE SINGLE’S GAME!
I have a lot of clients that are single, whether that is they have been single for just a few weeks or they are inevitably single, never in a successful relationship. Because of this I wanted to create a video series on why being single is OK and what you can get out of this time as a single person.
In our society, so many people are pushed towards being in a relationship, even if that relationship is toxic and detrimental. So I want you to embrace being single and make sure you are using this time effectively. Get something out of this time!
If you are a SINGLE person hoping to use you time as a single person in an effective and beautiful way… this series is for YOU!
Each video will present a different question, meditation, activity, or exercise. I want you to complete each presented assignment that day and check back in the next day to move forward. SOOOOOOO!!!!!
If this sounds like it is for you… I will see you tomorrow.
PS share this with your friends and family if they struggle with being single too
because being single is NOT always easy.
Links to each part of the series will be added here when complete:
