Relationship Refresh VLOG Series Part 5

Welcome back once again, this is DAY 5 of Relationship Refresh. Yesterday we talked about areas we are grateful for in our relationships.

This is a very easy video because all you are going to do is talk about all of those wonderful things that you came up with your significant other. Another benefit (and highly recommended suggestion) is to let your partner know you are doing this exercise and will be sharing all of these wonderful things. Ask if they would like to participate to (because it never hurts to hear wonderful things about yourself and your relationship).

If they would like to participate, I’d love that, give them time to write down things they are grateful for.

If they are like, that doesn’t sound like fun… that is okay too. Then you can share all of the wonderful things about them and they will be so unbelievably moved that they are inspired to do the exercise anyways.

Either way it doesn’t matter because this exercise is about YOU and what YOU get out of this relationship, not what they do.

So discuss these wonderful areas that you are grateful for with your significant other and I will see you for our last (ahhhhhhhhhh) day of relationship refresh tomorrow!
